**Location**: Crawley, RH10 9YX
**Hours of work**: Monday to Thursday 8:00 - 16:20, and Friday 8:00 - 15:00.
**Package**:up to £24,000 depending on experience, 25 days annual holiday and bank holidays, Pension, Employee Assistance Programme (Health Assured Wisdom), Employee referral scheme receive up to £500, Quarterly Volution Values Awards - £100.

**Job Profile**:
Would you enjoy working in a **fast-paced environment** managing our field-based engineers’ work **schedules**? Do you have an **energetic personality**, and experience of **planning and coordinating** work, as well as the ability to support social housing customers?

We are hiring for a **Scheduler **to work within a small team of Schedulers and Administrators.You will be responsible for managing schedules of multiple engineers covering a regional area, ensuring effective work and travel allocation.

You will have the ability to work under pressure to meet targets, exceptional organisational skills, and experience of dealing with the general public with empathy and understanding.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing schedules of multiple engineers to ensure that they consistently meet output targets (installation of ventilation systems);
- Maintaining communication with customers to maximise the chance of the service installation, within the recommended number of appointments/ attempts;
- Managing upcoming appointments to ensure that they can still go ahead;
- Regular review of business priorities, targets, and order book age, to ensure that high standard of SLAs are maintained at all times;
- Managing any issues which arise in a timely fashion ensuring that any impact is minimised for both customer and the business;
- Management and escalation of customer complaints to Office Manager as required;
- Liaising with Sales Managers and other departments to ensure that issues with access to properties is resolved quickly and efficiently.

**Essential skills and experience**:

- Previous experience within a scheduling/planning role, desirable;
- A good grasp of geography and route planning principles;
- Exceptional level of empathy and customer service;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (including positive telephone manner);
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain focus in a busy environment;
- Confident using Microsoft Office and ability to learn internal systems easily;
- Able to work under pressure, maintaining targets and quality;
- Able to work under minimum supervision, self-motivated and proactive;
- Strong understanding of quality standards and SLAs

**Desirable experience**:

- Previous experience in ventilation industry is desired but not essential as training will be provided.
