**What you’ll be doing**:
This role will see you getting involved with all aftersales queries and request in order to help customers with their orders. You will be responsible for managing all incoming requests, escalating any cases to the manager depending on priority and assisting in the process of uploading products onto the website.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Experience in a customer service role - ideally 2+ years experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes
- Driven and passionate personality
- Ability to multitask and prioritise
- Detail orientated with good organisational skills

**Hours & Benefits**:
