Don’t worry, you won't be flying solo You'll have the guidance of our amazing Salesforce Developer and the Head of Salesforce to lend a hand and show you the ropes.
**Key responsibilities**:

- Familiarity with Salesforce's declarative customization tools, from page layouts and flows to validation rules and process builders. You know them like the back of your hand
- A champion of reports and dashboards, able to conjure insights that dazzle and impress.
- Your communication and people skills are so smooth, you could charm the Trailblazer hoodie off a Salesforce mascot at the annual Salesforce World Tour (yes, our Head of Salesforce goes there for fun).
- The ability to work independently, juggling multiple tasks and projects like a pro, even when mínimal supervision is available.
- A Salesforce Administrator certification (like Salesforce Certified Administrator) would be a huge plus.
- Knowledge of other Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud) and Salesforce Lightning Experience would be the icing on the cake.
**Interview process**:
- If you have the qualities we are looking for, we’ll schedule an initial video call with our Talent Acquisition Manager and Head of CRM. This is fairly informal and gives us an opportunity to explore your skills and experience further, talk more about the role to ensure both parties are happy to proceed. This usually takes no longer than 30 minutes.
- If we’re all happy to proceed, we’ll invite you to a further team's call (or in person if local to Sheffield) to dive deeper into your experience and understand more about your previous work. This would be with the Director of Product and Technology and the Head of CRM.
**What do you get when you work here?**
With people and culture at the heart of our organisation, we are continually enhancing our employee offer and culture
