Marketing Team

You will be part of a small team based in the UK, that focuses on digital marketing initiatives that are rolled out across Europe and Asia. You will also be part of a larger marketing group that spans the US, Europe, and Australia. There will be no shortage of marketing allies to collaborate with on key projects.

The Role

We are seeking a marketing automation consultant, certified and proficient in the use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot).

As our consultant, you will be leading the use of Account Engagement within the digital and content marketing team in EMEA. An integral part of your role will be working with the team to maximize our usage of Account Engagement and how it interoperates with Salesforce. You will act as a trusted source of knowledge to advise in line with Account Engagement best practice and its growing number of capabilities to ultimately build a vision for how it is used. As the Marketing Automation Consultant, you will work closely with SF administration to develop a CRM strategy that serves both sales and marketing needs.

We are a small team, so it’s vital that you are as happy building automated journeys, as you are visioning the end-product.

The role is hybrid (working in our Sheffield office). Applicants must be UK based and have the right to work in the UK and be able to provide evidence of this upon request.

Key Responsibilities

This is a varied delivery role, with the following responsibilities:

- Account Engagement implementation, configuration, data migration, and working with the Salesforce connector.
- Create compelling landing pages, coded for maximum engagement.
- Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and contributing to statements of work.
- Manage our existing engagement programs and propose and execute improvements.
- Conduct user training and actively promote user adoption of Account Engagement within the wider marketing team.
- Coordinate with other business teams to facilitate data flow between the various systems that make up the martech stack.
- Maintain system workflows and troubleshoot (Salesforce, Account Engagement, OneTrust)
- Working with the team, our martech agency, and our data steward to define and execute critical path projects that optimize our use of Account Engagement.
- Attend Salesforce meetings in UK/Europe, to remain up to date on the roadmap and ensure we are implementing recommended approaches.

Required Experience
- Experience in reporting and analyzing campaign activity using Account Engagement reports, B2B Marketing Analytics (desirable), and making recommendations.
- Experience in delivering marketing automation projects and able to successfully keep to deadlines.
- Sales Cloud knowledge and ability to set up features such as engagement history, campaign influence, B2B Marketing Analytics, Salesforce Engage.
- Familiarity with non-native Pardot integrations (e.g. Zapier, Boomi)
- Experience using the Pardot API and External Activities to integrate third-party systems.
- B2B marketing experience either client-side or agency.
- Experience in a global organization is desirable.

Required Qualifications and Background
- Minimum two years’ experience working hands-on with Marketing Cloud Account Engagement
- Certified Account Engagement specialist
- Certified Account Engagement consultant
