DRW is looking for an experienced **Talent Acquisition Specialist **to join our Experienced Hire Recruiting team. This role will have an emphasis on managing full lifecycle recruiting projects and creative sourcing of front-office and trading talent.
**As a Talent Acquisition Specialist for DRW, here are some of the things you'll focus on**:
- Advise Executive level stakeholders and guide the Talent Acquisition process including but not limited to, thoughtful sourcing strategies, search execution and offer negotiation.
- Identify and implement creative, impactful sourcing strategies to identify top talent specifically for the Trading, Quantitative Researcher and Portfolio Management space.
- Organize, lead, and document post-interview debrief sessions with Executives and interview teams.
- Provide direction and partner with Recruiting Operations regarding job postings, interview scheduling, interview feedback collection, onboarding activities, etc.
- Work with other members on the team to map markets, gather market intelligence and competitor analysis.
***Required Experience**:
- 3-5 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in Executive Search or within a trading firm/hedge fund, with a focus on recruiting front-office talent.
- Significant search execution experience in the Trading and Quantitative spaces with a proven track record of sourcing and recruiting top-tier Traders, with a deep understanding of the specific skills and qualifications required for success in a fast-paced trading environment.
- Must have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and previous experience using applicant tracking systems.
- Must have strong initiative and sense of urgency, as well as proven experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit for a wide variety of positions on a global basis.
