My client, an established manufacturing business in the Stanley area has an excellent opportunity for a motivated Sales Administrator to join their business. As the Sales Administrator you will support a busy sales team delivering a first-class service toclients and internal stakeholders.

Key Tasks:

- General reception duties
- Issue customer quotations via internal CRM systems
- Receiving and processing purchase orders.
- Check sale and invoicing details with the end client.
- Compile monthly sales reports
- Support the sales department with other administrative tasks when required.
- Liaise with internal department regarding orders and enquiries

You’ll be a confident communicator able to work to tight deadlines and with a high degree of accuracy. Excellent customer service / administration experience is essential as are strong IT skills and attention for detail. Strong Excel skills would be desirable.
