**Job Title**: Welder (MIG)

**Shift**: Day shift (Potentially moving to 2 shifts)

**Hourly Rate**: £12.50 per hour (Rising to £12.82 after training)

**The Company**:

- Perform various welding techniques such as MIG pulse process
- analyze and comprehend welding procedures/specifications, as well as technical drawings, to ensure precise implementation of welds.
- Monitor and fine-tune welding parameters, including voltage, current, and wire feed speed, to attain optimal penetration and weld quality.

**Required Experience and Skills**:

- Proficient in MIG welding techniques.
- Demonstrated experience in a comparable work setting.
- Strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Proficient in identifying and resolving welding defects, such as porosity, undercut, or lack of fusion, to uphold superior quality standards.
