**The Opportunity**

In this exciting role you will:

- Build rapport with customers to assess their needs and make recommendations for suitable JLR products and premium services to meet those needs;
- Maximise every sales opportunity to achieve sales and profit targets;
- Upsell accessories and additional aftersales services;
- Play a key role in proactively contacting both new and existing customers (by phone, online and face to face) and following up leads to generate sales and repeat business;
- Create customer appointments, schedule test drives and arrange handover appointments.
- Support the Sales Administrators with accurately processing all documentation relating to vehicle sales including vehicle orders and finance agreements.

Although previous experience in prospecting/lead generation, Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations, or the automotive industry are desirable, it is in no way essential as we will give you full training in all these areas.
