We have an exciting opportunity for a **Studio Team Leader **to join our **Route1Print **division, the UK's largest trade printer. Reporting to the head of Client Experience, you will be responsible for Artworking, Proofing and Enquiries are dealt with within agreed timescales.

The Role

Studio Team Management
- The Route1Print Studio team is the main link in the business between production and our customers._

**Overall objectives**:

- Manage and coach the Studio team and help them to achieve agreed objectives.

**Day to day would involve**:

- Coaching sessions with the Studio team.
- Support the team by working across departments to resolve customer and operational problems.
- Support the Studio Manager to deliver a strategy defined through quarterly projects.
- Conduct the team's appraisals
- Maintain & develop skills matrix.

**Management and Leadership**
- Experienced in working within a web to print Studio environment.
- Experienced in driving performance and successfully implementing improvement techniques.
- Successful track record of working under pressure to strict deadlines, whilst still working with precision and a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to spot and drive systematic and personnel changes to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Ability to design and conduct technical training on Studio specific systems, preferably Adobe Creative Cloud and Enfocus PitStop Pro.

**Networking and Communication**
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with others to achieve goals.
- Excellent IT, Communication and Presentation skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbally and written.
- Ability to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures.

- Impeccable attention to detail, forward planning skills and problem solving all with a positive outlook.

The Package
- Salary between £25,000-£28,000
- Weekly Pay
- Full Time Permanent Contract

The Company:
Bluetree Group is the UK's largest online printer and in 2020, became the UK's first manufacturer of Type IIR Surgical masks. They have since continued growing their product range through the development of innovative Transparent masks and other PPE.

Bluetree exists to manufacture and sell high volume, premium products through investing in the latest technology and its highly skilled team. The manufacturer consists of two divisions, Bluetree Print and Bluetree Medical, which are both supported by a Central team.

In 2021, Bluetree Group acquired Doncaster
- based luxury printer, Kingsbury Press, branching out into the publishing industry and has aims of expanding into packaging solutions in the future. Our combined office, production and training facilities are located in Wath Upon Deane which is located close to Sheffield, Rotherham, Barnsley and Doncaster.
