To provide administrative support to the UK Head Office and to be the point of contact for customers and tutors in the UK.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

**Safeguarding Duties**

**Franchise Agreement Duties**
- Process all UK contracts (New/Renewal/Resale) through DocuSign
- Monitor, Track, Report and Resolution process on any contract adherence including minimum performance
- Salesforce ensure records are kept up to date
- Action any contract queries
- Process all breaches through to resolution in coordination with applicable

Business Development Manager
- Process information forms, business name requests and change of premise forms

**Complaint Duties**
- Ensure Complaints are processed in a timely fashion through to resolution.

**UK Head Office Duties**
- Act as ‘Host’ of the office, including greeting all visitors
- Manning the reception desk
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Pick up answerphone messages on a daily basis
- Activate answerphone during bank holidays
- Monitor company equipment, fobs and keys and equipment, including equipment cleaning and maintenance (e.g. Projector Filter, Printer/ordering and replacement of cartridges as and when required)
- Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing post
- Health & Safety
- Full understanding of H&S and Risk Assessment for building and reporting any new or areas that require attention to the appropriate Head Office Health & Safety Officer.
- Discuss and ensure maintenance of office policies including office health and safety with the appropriate Specialist**.**
- Assisting personnel with simple tasks related to safety and building as requested.
- Maintain and top up all appropriate PPE requirements together with clear directions and notices as discussed with PPE Specialist.

**Training Event Duties**
- Organise Training Events (administer and follow checklist)

**Administration Duties**
- Order Head Office equipment, stationery, postage stamps, cards etc
- Update CRM accordingly regarding contracts, complaints etc
- Action assigned tasks for the annual conference

**Other**

To _undertake any other_ duties commensurate with the level of _responsibility_ and remuneration of the post that may be assigned.

**Hours of work: consolidated working week**

**Place of work: combination of office and remote working available**

**Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**

To be considered for this position you should meet the following criteria and you must have at least one of the desirable elements:

- Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) working with children clearance
- Able to listen and build strong relationships
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- A "can-do" attitude with the ability to work independently (self-starter) and crucially, as part of a team
- Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Sound planning and organisational skills
- A strong work ethic
