About The RoleWaldon Telecom operates as a Wireless Telecommunication Infrastructure Services Company and is part of the Telecom Division of M Group Services.

To support our thriving business, we are on the lookout for an **Acquisition Surveyor** to be part of our EE team in the UK.

**What will you be doing?**

As the **Acquisition Surveyor** you will help deliver our client's upgrade programmes to improve connectivity and performance of their networks to meet the growing demands of customers, find new telecommunications sites and provide associated estates advice.

This role fits within Waldon Telecom's acquisition team and you will work collaboratively with the planning, design and build departments.

**You are likely to work 3 days at home and 2 days going into the West Byfleet, Surrey OR Diseworth, Derby office.**

**What will your key responsibilities be?**
- Managing a portfolio of telecom sites with Acquisition & Planning deliverables.
- Delivering Client milestone KPI's.
- Consultation with Clients to determine network requirements.
- Assessing leases identifying the appropriate Acquisition path for upgrade.
- Negotiating terms including additional equipment rights, terms of agreement, rent, review provisions in line with client instruction.
- Preparing standard form consent letters / Heads of Terms / Valuations / Deeds of Variation / Lease Agreements as required.
- Updating of Company and Client databases.
- Liaison with Client and Landlord agents / solicitors.
- Attending site reviews in order to provide acquisition advice / updates.
- Where required, Identifying new sites for the installation of telecommunication equipment. This will include Greenfield masts, rooftop sites and street furniture and attending any future multi skilled visits.

**What skills and experience are we looking for?**
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Proven background in Mobile Telecoms.
- An exceptional team player, with the ability to integrate easily.
- A problem solver who is committed to excellent service.
- Energetic and highly motivated.
- Ability to manage your workload and conflicting priorities in a pressurised work environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to build positive relationships across a range of internal and external stakeholders.
