With that in mind, we are looking for a **Surveyor** to support in the crucial delivery of new infrastructure and non-infrastructure capital investment for our customers.

This is a fantastic role for a **Surveyor **to join our team at either our office in **Coventry **with a huge breadth of exposure across multiple project types and sizes.

**EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW**

As a **Surveyor** at Severn Trent you will be involved in ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of programmes across both our infrastructure and non-infrastructure capital works.

You will be utilising all of your technical skills and knowledge to influence how we deliver our capital investment strategies with involvement and influencing at feasibility stages and beyond. You will play a vital role in implementing the strategy and standards for access to third party land associated with the delivery of capital investment and associated required compensations.

Your technical surveying advice will also be put to use to support operational activities affecting third party land, which may include advising on emergency access, supporting affected landowners and negotiating compensations.

Alongside your own varied exposure to surveying support across the business, you will also have the opportunity to manage the performance of third party suppliers responsible for delivering broader surveying services.

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE**

Joining the role of **Surveyor** you will bring proven post MRICS qualification (or comparable) experience in land access rights and acquisitions. It would be advantageous if you have previous working experience in or with a utility provider on land access rights, acquisitions and/ or compensation management but broader general practice will also set you up for success in this role.

This role will see the use of all of your communication and stakeholder management skills as you will be working in a diverse project team (both internally, externally and third party) with engagement and influencing required across multiple areas of the business.
