About the RoleThe successful candidate will have experience in acquisition, valuation, and advice for clients, as well as lead new business development, tenders, and foster client relationships. You will conduct valuations on rural land and property, negotiate compensation claims, and manage and mentor the wider surveying team.
This role requires a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and Registered Valuer qualification, essential CPO knowledge, line management experience, and business development and client-facing experience. Experience in Rural, Infrastructure, or similar is also required. A full UK driving license is necessary for this position.
