Associate Partner Job Opportunity in Birmingham

We are seeking a skilled Associate Partner to join our team in Birmingham, with a strong background in rural surveying and infrastructure. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise and contribute to the growth of our company.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have experience in acquisition, valuation, and advice for clients, as well as lead new business development, tenders, and foster client relationships. You will conduct valuations on rural land and property, negotiate compensation claims, and manage and mentor the wider surveying team.

This role requires a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and Registered Valuer qualification, essential CPO knowledge, line management experience, and business development and client-facing experience. Experience in Rural, Infrastructure, or similar is also required. A full UK driving license is necessary for this position.

In this role, you will work closely with the infrastructure team, focusing on acquisition, valuation, and advice for clients. You will also lead new business development, tenders, and foster client relationships, conduct valuations on rural land and property, negotiate compensation claims, and manage and mentor the wider surveying team.
