**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**

As Supervisor for Montblanc’s New Bond Street boutique, you are a lead ambassador for their flagship store - responsible for welcoming clients to the boutique, introducing them to the heritage of our maison and ultimately setting an exemplarily standard of customer experience and level of performance.

Working within a dynamic retail environment, it will be important to analyse customer traffic in order to elevate our conversion and CRM opportunities. You will be expected to play an active role in nurturing a clientelling culture amongst the team, whilst executing marketing activities outside of the boutique.

KPI’s & sales targets are of the upmost significance. Having the ability to work both individually and as a team will be of high importance when trying to achieve sales within a highly competitive retail environment.

Montblanc offers a vast array of products from writing instruments and stationery, to watches and luxury accessories. We require individuals who are passionate and curious about our maison. You will be expected to become an expert in your field - sharing this knowledge with both your clients as well as the rest of your team.

**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?**

You will play an essential part in the smooth running of our boutique and seamless customer journey. With this responsibility in mind, you will need to have an authentic approach with clients and demonstrate strong communication skills.

We are looking for individuals who are naturally proactive and take initiative. Sometimes our boutiques are extremely busy environments, so having the ability to remain calm under pressure is key. It is vital that this individual has previous experience dealing with clients from an array of backgrounds and cultures, in order to support Montblanc’s internationally diverse customer base.

You will portray a strong attitude of ownership for the retail results and display a constant drive to provide quality support. Having a strong attention to detail will enable you to ensure any issues are resolved in a timely manner, as well as conducting admin/reporting related tasks efficiently and to a high standard.

The existing team would welcome a co-operative colleague, who contributes to all daily operations and additional projects. As Supervisor, you will also be required to support the management team with additional tasks and execute managerial duties in the absence of the Boutique Manager.
