**Salary: £22,341 per annum ( £11:47 per hour)**

Everest is a leader in Home Improvements, and we have exciting opportunities available for a Production Operative to be based in our Treherbert Factory in Wales.

Vital for the production of our bespoke products, the Production Operatives will manufacture our home improvement products to a high standard of quality and in line with operating procedures.

We are seeking full-time Production Operatives working a 37.5 working week. Working hours are 07:00 -15:30 Monday to Thursday and 06:00 -12:00 Friday.

**What you will be doing as a Production Operative**:

- Manufacturing home improvement products within the factory.
- Identifying the correct components required from the profile batching label.
- Selecting correct parts.
- Assembling components to high Everest standards.
- Inspecting for defects to plastic or components.
- Reporting any quality-related issues to the line manager/leader.
- Ensuring daily production targets are achieved.
- Working in line with Health and Safety guidelines and procedures.

- Ability to use own initiative and self-motivate.
- Organised and takes pride in work produced.
- A ‘Right First Time’ approach.
- Ability to complete physically demanding work.
- Excellent sense of awareness and the ability to take responsibility for own and others' Health and Safety.
- Previous production or manufacturing experience would be highly beneficial.
