We are seeking a Head of Manufacturing to lead our production operations into a new era of manufacturing excellence. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire manufacturing process, ensuring operational efficiency and product quality. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Development and implementation of manufacturing service levels.
- Development of plans, cost estimates, and integration schedules regarding current future requirements of the factory.
- Ensure budgets are prepared with the aid of finance and carefully managed throughout the year to avoid overspending.
- Promote a safe working environment with regular HASAW meetings, attendance, monitoring, and developing practices/processes that reduce accidents.
- Leadership and direction of all employees employed within the factory premises
- The organisation of training and development for all employees.
- Ensure the quality of the product is fit for purpose and that BSI records are maintained and available for regular audits.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

- Manufacturing experience, ideally within the building product sector.
- Senior management experience.
