Byddwch yn rheoli’r system barcio rhagarchebu, yn cyfeirio traffig arall i safleoedd parcio eraill ac yn rheoli mynedfa’r maes parcio i sicrhau mai dim ond defnyddwyr sydd wedi archebu lle ymlaen llaw sydd â mynediad.

Fel wyneb cyfeillgar y maes parcio, byddwch yn gwneud ymholiadau a chwynion gan ddefnyddwyr y maes parcio, gan roi cyngor a chymorth yn ôl yr angen.

**About Us**

Snowdonia National Park Authority protects the natural beauty, wildlife and cultural heritage of Eryri National Park. Covering 823 miles of diverse landscape, the Park is home to over 26,000 people, the highest mountain in Wales and the largest natural lake in Wales.

We are now looking for a Car Park Attendant to join us at Pen y Pass car park, one of the gateways to Snowdon. This is a full-time role working 37 hours a week on a fixed-term contract until November 2024, including weekends and Bank Holidays.

**The Role**

As the Pen y Pass Car Park Attendant, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the seasonal pre-book parking system, ensuring the sites and facilities are presentable.

You’ll manage the pre-book parking system, direct other traffic to alternate parking sites and manage the car park entrance to ensure only pre-booked users have access.

As the friendly face of the car park, you’ll field enquiries and complaints from car park users, providing advice and assistance as needed.
