4Leisure are looking for an outstanding General Manager to take the helm of a fantastic Sports, Fitness and Leisure centre in West London. You will ideally already be a General Manager, or previous General Manager experience with a leisure or Health & Fitnessoperator.

As General Manager you will support, coach and inspire your team of managers to achieve great things. As well as managing the safe and effective running of the centre day-to-day and delivering a first class service to members, you will drive the commercialareas of the business such as sports programming, fitness and swimming income and also engage with the wider community by hosting and supporting with events and programmes.

To be considered you will already be a General Manager within the Health and Fitness industry and will have ideally gained exposure to driving gym membership and managing pool facilities in a high volume environment. You will be able to boast significantcommercial achievements and give great examples on how you have supported, developed, inspired and progressed your teams.

This role offers a basic salary of £45k + benefits
