Your Role:

As General Manager, you will lead a high-performing team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the restaurant and bar while driving standards, profitability, and team development. Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the restaurant and bar operations to deliver seamless service and high-quality guest experiences.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and inspire a talented team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and growth.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure every guest leaves delighted, thanks to attentive service, stunning food, and an inviting atmosphere.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and manage budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities to maximize profitability.
  • Innovation: Work closely with the Head Chef and senior team to curate seasonal menus, special events, and promotions that enhance the restaurants appeal.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and licensing regulations.

About You:

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in a premium restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • A passion for food, drink, and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Commercial acumen, including managing budgets, driving revenue, and achieving profitability targets.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
