Your Role

As General Manager, you will lead a high-performing team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the restaurant and bar while driving standards, profitability, and team development. You’ll have the chance to bring your creativity and strategic vision to shape the future of this well-loved venue.


Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the restaurant and bar operations to deliver seamless service and high-quality guest experiences.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and inspire a talented team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and growth.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure every guest leaves delighted, thanks to attentive service, stunning food, and an inviting atmosphere.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and manage budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities to maximize profitability.
  • Innovation: Work closely with the Head Chef and senior team to curate seasonal menus, special events, and promotions that enhance the restaurant’s appeal.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and licensing regulations.


About You:

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in a premium restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • A passion for food, drink, and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Commercial acumen, including managing budgets, driving revenue, and achieving profitability targets.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
