**Job Title**:Caring Dads Co-ordinator

**Hours**:37.5 hours per week

**Salary**:£27,000 - £31,999 per annum dependent on experience (pro rata
if part-time)

**Base**: Co-located into frontline services in Basingstoke Hampton
Trust Office in Ashurst

**Contract**: Full time. Will consider part-time job share

This is an exciting opportunity to join the adult perpetrator service and contribute to expansion of the Caring Dads Programme across Hampshire. Caring Dads forms part of a suite of interventions targeting families experiencing domestic abuse. The group work programme is designed to improve outcomes for children, young people and their families. As the Caring Dads Co-ordinator (Basingstoke) you will work in partnership with frontline services to identify families living with domestic abuse.

You will undertake treatment and risk assessments of individuals using abuse behaviours and, alongside the Integrated Safety Service provide case/risk management of families. You will be required to attend Hampton Trust office in Ashurst as agreed with your Manager, and you will be co-located into social work teams across Basingstoke three days per week, to provide support and advice in identifying suitable families for the Caring Dads programme.
