Position: Personal Assistant to Director & Office Manager
Location: Bristol, Old Market, Clifton - United Kingdom
**Job Summary**:
We have a fantastic opportunity available, the Director is looking for a right-hand person to assist with the day-to-day running of many different companies under the Boyce umbrella and wider team.
The position would suit a highly proactive assistant who is flexible, extremely reliable with excellent organisational skills, and has proven experience operating in a very fast-moving professional services business.
**Company**:
Boyce Group only develops and manages property that the group owns. We have circa 250,000 sq ft of real estate. Planning permission has recently been granted to build two small commercial buildings in Bristol. We also have hotel schemes in development in Weston-Super-Mare and Cardiff.
Nap, the serviced accommodation company is the newest venture and this will take up a fair proportion of your time. The group is small and agile with all team members working together to assist each other. You will be working closely with the Director and be able to suggest your own ideas and have a level of autonomy. There is a manager for each section of the business, however, you and the Director need to be able to cover each role in the event of sickness and annual leave.

Serviced Accommodation, Construction, Architecture, Student Lets, Professional Lets, Commercial Property, High-end Bespoke Furniture, Finance, Property Acquisition and Investment
**Responsibilities**:
- Full support to the Director, and assistance to the wider team when required
- Management and coordination of the Directors diary and group diary
- Organise travel and accommodation for the Director and wider team
- Process receipts and general expenses for the Director
- Team Management - Asana & Deputy
- Serviced Accommodation - Eviivo
- Lettings - Arthur
- Bookkeeping / Reconciling transactions on Xero
- Tenant viewings & checkouts
- Deal with confidential information in a professional and discrete manner
- Guest relations
- Purchasing of building materials & soft furnishings
- Utility bill management
- Commercial Finance
- On-the-ground assistance at the serviced accommodation, especially during the setting up of new apartments
- Social Media Marketing
- Any other ad hoc duties requested by the Director

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
