UK Office Operations Manager - Hybrid

**Salary**: £50,000 per annum + 10% allowance
Do you have experience in business operations and an interest in the built environment? This is a contract role as a UK Office Operations Manager for a global engineering consultancy, which will see the successful applicant ensuring consistency in the OfficeOperations and Cost Management across the UK offices, as well as focusing on the smooth operation of the London office.
UK Office Operations Manager Responsibilities:

- Review office budgets and financial spend, and approve Facilities' spend in line with budgets
- Ensure the day-to-day maintenance of the UK offices, including supplier reviews, contract negotiations, building repairs and maintenance
- Identify and implement efficient operational policies and procedures to drive productivity and efficiency
- Conduct and ensure regular operations meetings across the UK offices, as well as work with the UK Internal Communications Manager
- Conduct internal project management for coordination of office relocation projects and create a brief for the client's office designs to ensure consistency
- Complete traditional office manager roles within the London office, including but not limited to collaborating with various departments on initiatives and policies, running monthly management meetings, managing the company credit card and being responsiblefor budgets and office costs, and working with the Office Director on communications, wellbeing initiatives, budgets and sporting and social events
UK Office Operations Manager Essentials:

- Minimum 2 years' experience as an Operations/Office/Office & Facilities Manager
- Experience working on projects
- Change management experience
- Experience in line management
- Experience with office relocation
- Extremely organised, excellent communicator, capable problem solver and eye for detail
