The Role...

We are currently recruiting enthusiastic Event Supervisors to join our Coventry team on a full-time basis. You will be working 5 days out of 7, ensuring we meet the demands of our exciting business.

Requirements...

A clean, valid UK driving license with at least 1 year of driving experience is mandatory for this role.

Responsibilities...

As an Event Supervisor, you will play a hands-on operational role in delivering exceptional events. Your duties will include:

- Loading and unloading of vans (may include heavy lifting and physical work)
- Setting up signage, cones, and TM equipment
- Collaborating closely with the operations manager to meet event standards
- Maintaining our fleet of vehicles
- Supervising events on the grounds
- Running and assisting in the smooth execution of events, meeting customer requirements and adhering to high standards
- Supervising the performance and well-being of staff members on duty
- Participating in briefing meetings to understand customer requirements and ensure standards are met
- Building positive relationships through effective communication with all departments and contracts
- Prioritizing health and safety, identifying and reporting any risks or hazards
