**Programmes Administrator**
**(Businesses Under Development) BUD is a fast growing social enterprise based in London and working nationally. BUD supports leaders for positive change in business and community, closing the gap between corporate and community, building a fairer society.**
We do this through a variety of methods including our programmes, training and workshops, consultancy, coaching and events Our projects and programmes range from:
- Happier Healthier Workplaces in West Norwood and Tulse Hill
- Community Leadership in Lambeth and Southwark
- Social Enterprise Development Consultancy
- Lead Positive Change 8 week start up Programme
- ROC Inclusive Leadership Programme
- Train the Trainer Facilitation Programme
Your role will be to offer administration and coordinate high quality programme and project delivery for our partners and clients, delivering exceptional learning experiences for participants
The role will consist of the following:
**Delivery Support**
- Manage the programme administration from the initial set-up stage through to delivery and evaluation, maintaining effective communication is carried out with our clients and partners throughout.
- To lead on coordinating information events, introductory conversations with potential participants, interviews, and support with selection processes and presentations.
- Organising facilitators, consultants to deliver support for programmes and workshops
- To create and distribute key materials to team
- Maintain programme data (details of recruited participants, courses and sessions undertaken, progress made)
- Assist Programmes Managers with maintaining and updating an accurate monthly programme budget, ensuring all invoices are passed to the Finance Officer in a timely manner and recorded against the budget
- Maintain an electronic filing system ensuring that information and data is readily available to other programme staff
- Manage contact and correspondence with participants
**General Administration**
- Undertake general administrative duties including taking notes, minutes and sending reminders
- Manage and improve CRM systems and processes, ensuring data is kept up to date throughout the year
- To plan and coordinate events and workshops, team meetings both online, offline and hybrid events
- Organise meeting setting agendas, prepare minutes, taking notes
- Coordinate with comms to ensure publicity is being shared about our programmes
- To collate, analyse and monitor feedback and evaluation and make proposals for improvements
- To have an understanding of quality assurance systems, processes and continuous improvement
**Business Development**
- To work with the Senior Leadership Team in creating and implementing the strategic plan for programme delivery and provide input to the growth of the organisation
- Work with the team to support the development of repeat business and on-going sales with clients and partner
- Excellent organisational and time management skills including the ability to effectively plan and administrate a portfolio of complex projects and programmes, including all quality assurance and risk management
- Experience of effective team working including working with external partners and/or in customer orientated teams

- Proven experience of effectively setting and managing delivery and team budgets ideally
- Experience providing supportive line management and effectively organise the workload of team members ideally
- Straight-forward communication and strong people skills, including the ability to develop professional relationships
- Ability to plan and prioritise own work to excellent standards to meet deadlines
- Good interpersonal and communication, presenting to a range of audiences
- The ability to be organised and methodical with attention to detail
- An ability to self-motivate, work with mínimal supervision, use own initiative
- An ability to take an innovative approach to problem solving
- An ability to assess conflicting priorities and take appropriate action whilst at the same time is flexible and able to change or move plans accordingly in a fast paced environment
- A transparent, open and accountable manner
- Reliable, diplomatic, people-friendly skills
- A willingness for occasional travel within the UK when required. All in line with COVID-19 guidelines.
**Salary £21,840 per annum**
**30 hours**
**4 days per week**
**Mandatory office days once per week in South London**
