Sales Negotiator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales and Lettings Negotiator. As a Sales and Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the estate agency industry and contribute to the growth of our company.
**Duties**:
- Communicate with clients to understand their property requirements and preferences
- Conduct property viewings with potential buyers or tenants
- Negotiate offers between buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords
- Prepare and present property listings to clients
- Assist in the preparation of contracts, leases, and other legal documents
- Coordinate property inspections and appraisals
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales or rental process
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Qualifications:
- Must have Estate Agency experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- Knowledge of the local real estate market is preferred but not required
