Crosspath Care is a small caring company delivering high-quality specialist care across Colchester, Braintree, Witham and Chelmsford.

We are looking for individuals who want to be part of a responsive team and deliver high quality, specialist care to individuals with mental health, dementia and Autism.

**A special Oppourtunity**

We are looking to provide a unique opportunity for someone to join us on a temporary or permanent basis, the person will initially be employed to work with a staff member who has epilepsy and ensure they are transported around her area, aswell as to and from the office and support them on emergency call outs.

You will enter service users property with the staff member however you are not required to do any direct support work. Your role is to simply be present for the staff member should they have a seizure. (On Job training available).

The person must be willing to be trained in dealing with seizures, must be willing to drive and be trained in support work.

You will be required to work shifts Monday-Friday and will be required to support in transportation when the staff member is “on call’ (one weekend per month and one evening per week) should they get called out. (you receive the Monday paid and off when you have been On call regardless of if you are called out or not).

We have successfully trained staff to lead and manage teams at a very high standard.
