Mental Health Support in Education

NELFT North East London Foundation Trust provides mental health support to schools and children. As a Senior Clinician/Supervisor, you will oversee the formulation, treatment, and management plans for schools, parents, and children. Your expertise in evidence-based psychological interventions will guide EMHPs in their work with children experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for schools and children
  • Manage and supervise EMHPs to ensure high-quality care
  • Collaborate with senior colleagues to develop and transform MHSTs

The Mid Essex Mental Health Support Team covers a large area, and we encourage flexible working arrangements. We offer competitive salaries, ranging from £46,148 to £52,809 per year, depending on experience. This is a permanent, full-time position, and we welcome applications from experienced professionals.
