Child and Adolescent Mental Health Specialist

As a Consultant Child Psychiatrician, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing care to children and young people with mental health needs in Mid Essex. Your role will involve working closely with other healthcare professionals, external CAMHS providers, and acute hospitals to deliver high-quality patient care.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, leadership experience, and a strong understanding of current developments in mental health care. You will be expected to provide medical leadership to the team, work directly with young people and their families, and participate in the on-call rota.
We offer a competitive salary range of £105,504-£139,882 per annum (pro-rata), along with a 2% on-call supplement (pro-rata) and opportunities for professional development and growth within our Trust.
