**Role Overview**:

- To maintain the highest level of security for all vehicles and their keys.
- To ensure safe handling and movement of all vehicles.
- To ensure accurate records are kept for all new and used vehicles as directed through.
- To check deliveries of new vehicles, inspect, record any defects, note missing items or damage and report immediately to appropriate franchise.
- To carefully observe company procedures regarding accidents and insurance claims and to report an incident or other occurrences relating to company vehicles without delay.
