**Description**:
An excellent opportunity to join Lockton GREAC (Global Real Estate and Construction), a dynamic and successful broking division, in a role that supports the COO directly through the facilitation of day-to-day operations, including tracking, controls and reporting.

The Operations Assistant will report to the Chief Operating Officer for GREAC, and will be responsible for producing reports, presentations, ensuring adherence to the GREAC ways of working, and general administrative support as required.

We are looking for an experienced and proactive project coordinator and operations professional; someone with experience in facilitating business operations in a corporate setting, with a real solutions-oriented approach to everything they do.

This role will work directly with the COO across a variety of initiatives, projects and work-streams - you will thrive on variety, and will use your excellent organisation skills to keep initiatives tracked and on track, and your strong communication skills to keep stakeholders updated.

**Responsibilities**
- Produce routine and one-off reports as directed by the COO in a timely manner, working collaboratively with teams across the division and within our central services teams.
- Work with the Operations Leaders and teams to gather information and finalise reports relating to revenue tracking and controls, KPI and compliance tracking and controls.
- Communicate effectively with business stakeholders to ensure updates and reports are delivered timely and communicated effectively.
- Proactively manage and track ongoing projects and initiatives to ensure adherence to timelines as delegated by the COO.
- Support and promote excellent team behaviours, and support positive outcomes for efficiency.
- Provide general administrative support to the COO.
- Previous experience in operations or project management preferred
- Proactive and professionally effective: communicating succinctly and with clarity to build positive working relationships to influence positive outcomes
- Ability to interpret business requirements and management information, and drive the delivery of solutions
- Highly organised with an exceptional eye for detail: ability to manage concurrent workflows and prioritise effectively
- Ability to support and cultivate team-oriented and ‘right first time’ behaviours
