If you have experience of delivering and assessing Apprenticeship Programmes then we have a fantastic opportunity for you We are looking for a Apprenticeship Employability Trainer to join the B&M family. This role will cover the **North West & Cumbria, **so a high level of flexibility to travel will be required as you will be visiting stores in all of these areas.

We are looking for someone with enthusiasm in abundance, excellent communication skills and the skillset to deliver a friendly and supportive service to our Apprentices. As an Apprenticeship Field Trainer, you will be responsible for our Apprentices undertaking Apprenticeship Qualifications in Customer Service, Team Leading and Management Level 2 and 3.

**The role will Include**:

- Observing and assessing learner evidence and providing constructive feedback, support and guidance to Apprentices through a variety of platforms such as telephone, Zoom, Microsoft Teams and online learning platforms
- Monitoring progress and preparing and reviewing action plans to maximise Apprentices’ potential
- Maintaining appropriate observational and assessment records and ensuring relevant paperwork is completed
- Working within the framework set out by awarding bodies or other accrediting agencies
- Travelling to a variety of locations to make apprentice/employer visits as required
- Communicate with workplace mentors to confirm assessment dates, times and activities and to build positive relationships

**Key requirements**:

- Experience of delivering and assessing Apprenticeship Programmes
- Excellent IT skills and proficient in using E-Portfolios and online learning and assessment platforms
- Experience of using Microsoft Teams and Zoom is highly desirable
- Be able to keep detailed, accurate and secure written details of concerns and referrals
- Confident and professional with the ability to deal with any safeguarding issues or concerns
- Be approachable and have that “can do” approach that will rub off on all your Apprentices
- Must hold a full driving license and be flexible to travel
