We are looking for a proactive, motivated and adaptable individual who is looking for a long term career in construction to join our team in our busy and fast paced plant yard in Ampthill.
- Processing Plant Hire department paperwork
- Raising purchase orders
- Inputting Proof of Delivery tickets
- Filing and scanning delivery/collection notes onto the system
- Running maintenance reports and organising engineers diary
- Updating test dates & plant maintenance records onto the system
- Ordering office supplies & stationary
- General ad-hoc administration duties as required

**Experience & Qualifications**
- Organised and able to multi task
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident telephone manner
- Microsoft Office - Excel
- Knowledge of Syrinx, however full training will be provided

**Location**: Ampthill, Beds
**Hours of Work**:Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
