- JOB TITLE: Product Owner- SALARY: £62,874 -£69,860- LOCATION(S): Watford- HOURS: Full-time- WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least three days at our Watford site

About this Opportunity

You will have ownership for a single product which contains 1-2 features, journeys or technology components. You will be responsible for the release of incremental value within a single product feature or technology component delivering value to customers and stakeholders.

What you’ll need- To be results focussed to deliver high quality outcomes for all stakeholders- Ability to prioritise, refine and manage the team Product backlog- To be responsible and accountable for Product change governance and business readiness activities (e.g. training and comms, testing and readiness for implementation) for your respective features, journeys or technology components- To provide input to the overall Product vision and Product roadmap- To implement development frameworks for your area, and coach and mentor others in the organisation

And any experience of these would be really useful- Effective communication and negotiation skills to be able to scope projects with stakeholders, ensuring delivery is achieved- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced, high growth organisation to deadlines
