Signatus are collaborating with a prominent global insurance brand who are changing the local and international insurance landscape through their continued expansion efforts. As a result, they are seeking out 2 meticulous Risk Management Consultants to join their newly refurbished Belfast office. Whether you are an experienced insurance professional or possess at least three years of similar experience as a RMC, this role offers an outstanding platform for professional growth.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

Elevate Your Career as a Risk Management Consultant. In this role your primary responsibility is to provide strategic guidance to clients by navigating various risks affecting their operations. Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and implementing comprehensive risk management solutions tailored to client needs.
- Advise clients/prospects on relevant Health and Safety legislation and review their compliance.
- Dovetail activities with insurance broking colleagues to deliver an integrated product/service offering to clients.

- Standard working hours from Monday to Friday 9-5pm, but there may be significant travel requirements on site with clients.

**Qualifications and Requirements**

To excel in this role, you should possess:

- NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of three years of experience in Risk Management Consultant or health and safety roles, either as a freelance consultant or within a reputable company in the industry.
- In-depth knowledge of risk management principles.
- Up-to-date understanding of Health and Safety legislation.
- Effective communication skills across various mediums.
- Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
- Motivation and goal-oriented mindset.
- Prior experience in the insurance industry is advantageous.
- Sound commercial awareness to navigate complex scenarios.
