Our client is looking for an experienced Transport Booking Assistant.

Responsible for the administration of the flexible transport central bookings system that allows customers to book their journeys over the telephone.

A key role in customer relations, ensuring a smooth booking experience for the customer and follow up liaison to understand and record passenger satisfaction, enabling us to learn from customer experiences.
- [37 Hours a week, Monday to Friday]
