We're looking for a **Tesco Retail Client Director** who expects more from their career. It's a chance to extend and improve dunnhumby's Tesco Retail team. It's an opportunity to work with a market-leading business to explore new opportunities for us and influence global retailers.

Joining our Tesco team, you'll work with world class and passionate people to help Tesco deliver the best possible shopping experience to its customers. By leading a team of Retail data consultants you will support Tesco in understanding, rewarding and personalising the customer experience. With Tesco being dunnhumbys biggest client the work you do for Tesco will also form the template for how we help retailers around the world put customers first to win.

What we expect from you
- Create an engaged team of high performing Retail experts
- Lead a team developing the future CRM and personalisation strategy for Tesco
- Create long term relationships with the senior members of Tesco Customer Team and beyond
- Develop a workplan for Tesco that maximises the value creation from CC data and other relevant data sources
- Play a senior leadership role for dh Tesco UK team and the wider dunnhumby community
- Engage with global retailers to share best practice from Tesco
- Manage a large revenue and people cost budget
