**Job description**

The mission of our Client Success team is to provide an unrivalled level of support to our clients.

The client base ranges from fleets of < 10 to fleets of 4,000+ so their needs are varied and interesting and we need to be technically competent as well as sympathetic to the way they want us to engage with them.

The Client Success team takes responsibility for the entire lifecycle of our clients; from the on-boarding process through in-contract proactive engagement, client service, account growth and client retention. As such, the team comprises Line 1 technical support, account managers, project managers and sales resources and is led by a member of the senior management team. The workload within this team is varied, challenging and engaging.

The responsibilities of the Line 1 support function include proactive maintenance, responding to incoming enquiries, technical support, field engineering support and scheduling, on-boarding and training, to name a few.

**Experience and Qualifications**
- excellent communication skills, written and verbal essential;
- demonstrable track record in a technical support role, or minimum A Level education if looking for first post-education role;
- experience with modern CRMs preferable. Salesforce, Zendesk and SimPRO ideal;
- working knowledge of telematics and GPS advantageous;
- experience in dealing with fleet operators ideal;
- ambition, drive, focus, determination.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,748.00-£23,778.00 per year
