Head of Network Lead Coordinator

Homeland International (Homeland) is one of the UK’s leading providers of International Repatriation Services, to and from the United Kingdom. Our role is to provide assistance to Companies, Funeral Directors and Individuals as they deal with the practicalities of bringing a loved one home. Homeland is a part of CPJ Field & Co, the UK’s largest family-owned funeral directors, based in West Sussex.
**The Role**
The Head of Network & Lead Coordinator will support the company with the following responsibilities:
- Managing the distribution of cases and first calls between all Case Coordinators fairly
- Supporting the Operations Director with projects relating to the ongoing development of the company
- Support with the ongoing development and liaison with our global network of providers such as:
- Maintaining and updating agreements and certifications as required
- Reviewing provider’s quality and costs over time
- Introducing new providers to the network to fill gaps where necessary
The Head of Network & Lead Coordinator will also undertake similar responsibilities to those of a Case Coordinator; such as the handling of first calls/new enquiries, quoting clients, managing repatriation cases and liaison with all parties, the collation of relevant paperwork and all of the tasks associated with the role of Case Coordinator. The core of this role remains to ensure support for our clients wherever they find themselves across the world.
**The Person**
This is a dynamic role, that would suit someone who is eager to learn and has great attention to detail. Given the sensitive nature of the role, you must be a competent and confident communicator. With an international dimension, language skills are highly preferable, although not an absolute requirement.
Occasional travel to Embassies and Consulates will require the individual to be well presented and a good ambassador for Homeland International and CPJ Field & Co. There may be the occasional need to travel to business events in the UK and oversea in lines with the needs of the business.
The role will require to support, develop and line manage a team, so previous team management experience is preferred. The role also requires some commercial/business competence to work on projects in line with the needs of the business.
The role does occasionally involve the handling of, or interaction with, deceased persons.
Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
