Resourcery Group have been briefed on an exciting FP&A Manager role for a leading global business based a commutable distance from South Liverpool, Warrington, South Manchester, Chester and North Wales (although the role offers home working 2 days a weekand 3 days from any office in the region). Reporting to a divisional Head of Finance, the FP&A Manager will play a central role in the annual budget and quarterly forecasting processes within a c.£500m t/o business.

The FP&A Manager will be responsible for:

- Leading the end-to-end quarterly forecasting and annual budget reporting processes,
- Increasing the impact of the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insight to key cross-functional stakeholders (including the Board),
- Leading the consolidated weekly flash reporting and identifying key trends across revenue and cost lines,
- Setting accurate timetables, key performance metrics and guidance to ensure stakeholder requirements are met,
- Acting as key cross-functional Finance Business Partner, driving insight and enhance decision making through the provision of key business information,
- Challenging P&L performance providing insightful reporting.

The successful applicant to the role of FP&A Manager will:

- Be ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified.
- Be an experienced FP&A Analyst wanting a step up, or an established FP&A Manager
- Possess the interpersonal skills, EQ and gravitas to influence cross-functionally to a Board level
- Possess robust modelling and financial analysis skills
- Have worked in a fast-paced environment akin to FMCG, Retail/Wholsale, Distribution /Logistics

Our client has a number of offices spread across the region and could facilitate the successful applicant working from either of these offices a couple of days a week.
