**Job description**

As a Customer Service agent, you will be trained and guided on how to help our customers, be taught how to navigate our portal and systems. You will be receiving inbound calls from our existing base, and helping our customers with any of their needs. You will also be provisioning deals through our CRM. Responsibilities include:

- Calling existing and new customers
- Collecting information whilst on a call
- Offering solutions to customers
- Working towards targets
- Provisioning deals

Pay: From £23,500.00 per year

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
