**Finance Administrator**
Based in Watford, Hertfordshire our prestigious client is looking for a Finance Administrator to join their small finance team on a 6-month FTC, covering maternity leave.
This job would suit someone with previous sales ledger experience. This role with ensure smooth running of invoicing and cash collection
This company is a specialist service provider with a great track record in an industry that adds significant value to its customers.
The successful individual will have strong numeracy and administration skills gained from a similar finance role. Good communication and interpersonal skills are important, with the confidence to liaise with people at all levels. Intermediate level of MicrosoftExcel and Word experience is also desirable.
Job responsibilities:
- Raise all Sales invoices.
- Ensure all finance tasks allocated on internal systems are dealt with in a timely manner and any actions arising are performed.
- Respond on any invoice queries quickly and courteously.
- Working with Customer Services to ensure customer experience is paramount.
- Performing agreed debt collection tasks in the timeframes agreed.
- Taking ownership of all outstanding debt.
- Keeping debt trackers up-to-date to allow reporting on debt KPIs.
- Support on Cash Postings, Bank Account Reconciliations and Purchase Ledger when required.
