Change Lead

Join Euroapi as a Change Leader managing organizational change initiatives to ensure successful implementation, employee engagement and adoption. This role will deploy effective change management strategies, navigate complex operational environments and collaborate with site leadership, cross-functional teams to create a culture of continuous improvement.

**Your Responsibilities**

**You will**:

- Develop the change strategy and lead change management to ensure the successful implementation and achievement of prescribed goals for the organisation in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Engage with site leadership, conduct a stakeholder analysis and act as liaison between leadership & employees, facilitating effective communication and feedback.
- Develop communication plans, design and implement training programmes to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to new processes, systems and technology.
- Coach and provide support to leaders to enhance their change leadership capabilities.
- Coordinate cross functional teams and ensure that change is implemented within defined timelines, budget and to the correct quality standards.
- Ensure employee engagement and adoption, developing change reinforcement strategies to embed change into the site culture.

The EUROAPI Haverhill (UK) site has been established for forty years, located fifteen miles east of Cambridge and sixty miles north of London, within the golden triangle. It employs over 250 people and has built a strong reputation in Flow Chemistry, Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) Spray Drying and as a Contract Development and Manufacturing Organisation (CDMO). Haverhill is proud to house the world’s largest, continuous production, pharmaceutical spray dryer and performs secondary packaging and release activities for oncology and rare disease medicines supporting global markets. The site also offers a contract testing and release facility within its laboratories.

**Our Requirements**
- A bachelors in business, industrial psychology, organisational development or related field.
- Extensive change management experience gained in the chemicals industry or a related manufacturing setting.
- Certified Coach
- Experience developing and delivering effective training programs and communications materials.
