**Water Sports Assistant - Loch Earn Water Sports Centre**

Are you looking for an outdoor, activity based and customer engaging role? We are currently looking for a young dynamic, self-motivated Water Sports Assistant to join our team.

Some are big, some are small but all offer good food drink, great beds and a ton of things to do including are water sports centre at Loch Earn.

**Loch Earn Water Sport Centre**

Loch Earn is a beautiful 6 and a half mile long loch set in the southern highlands of Scotland, in the districts of Perth Kinross and Stirling. Subsequently it allows us to offer a variety of water sports, slip way access and moorings for up to 20 vessels. We also operate two small cafes either side of the Loch.

**About the role**

No day is the same, as a Water Sports Assistant you will be responsible for the supervision and running of all the activities carried out at the loch. This includes giving private boat tours, renting out kayaks and paddle boards. Whilst activities are being carried out, you will jump in to help with the food and beverage on offer. You will oversee that all activities are carried out in an safe, efficient and timely manner. We need your customer service skills to be excellent. This is an exciting job for the right person, power boat license, first aid and life guard courses all beneficial but not essential as training will be provided. Some core responsibilities include:

- Instructing of all water sports activities
- Managing launches on the slipway
- Making sure all equipment is well maintained and cleaned
- Actively promote activities to drive revenue
- Understand and enforce water sports rules and regulations
