The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Leisure department as a Leisure Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our leisure facilities, including the swimming pools, sports hall, and outdoor activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Thoroughly clean and maintain the leisure club, including the swimming pools and surrounding areas
  • Operate the laundry service to wash and dry towels
  • Assist guests with their requirements during their stay, providing exceptional customer service
  • Process payments and handle general reception duties
  • Respond to emergencies in the pool area and set up the sports hall and activities

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service environment
  • High personal standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
  • Strong swimming ability and willingness to work towards a pool lifeguard qualification
