**Salary from £26,208 to £29,519 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £31,186 pa inclusive of London allowance**

**This role is available as either a full-time (35 hours per week) or as a part-time job share role.** It is a fully in-person campus-based role to meet the service needs

The LSE Law School is a world-renowned law faculty and vibrant intellectual community of staff and students. The post holder will join the Professional Services team responsible for the Law School Reception.

You will be responsible for the Law School’s Reception Desk and assisting with general operations, providing a high level of service delivery to staff, students and visitors.

Key tasks include:

- Respond to routine student queries referring matters to programme administrators as appropriate.
- Service meetings rooms, kitchens, staff common room and Moot Court Room (occasional lifting required).
- Book meeting rooms, order stationery, collect/distribute reprographics jobs.
- Providing basic administrative support to faculty, students / visitors and Professional Services Staff
