**Responsibilities**:
As an Assessment Solution Consultant at RM, you will define and communicate Assessment Solutions to both prospective and existing customers as well as the Business Development team and Account Management areas of the business. You will have responsibility for building relationships with new prospects, developing solution proposals for innovative high stakes assessment opportunities, and providing product and assessment expertise to protect and expand both existing and new customer relationships to generate growth across the digital assessment portfolio.

Reporting to the Head of Growth Enablement you will be part of a team of Assessment Solution Consultants supporting all RM territories. This is a high performing team of motivated individuals with a range of specialist skills and domain knowledge. You will be expected to build strong working relationships with other Assessment Solution Consultants in the team for mutual support and sharing of specialist knowledge and ideas to ensure an aligned vision across the team.

Bringing prior experience of designing Assessment Solutions for new or existing customers, you will be the solution lead on customer growth opportunities, leading the design and articulation of solutions that include the broad range of products and services in the RM portfolio, and inputting to high quality tender responses.

You will bring your business analysis skills to bear in building strong customer relationships and understanding their needs; scoping the functional requirements for the opportunity that they are working on, consulting with the RM product, development, and technical operations teams where necessary. You will have responsibility for leading initial assessments across all sectors for new requests. This should incorporate conducting a full review of the potential of any customer request and consider if RM should respond based on our suitability against the RM current portfolio or planned proposition portfolio. You should also through your sector and industry expertise provide guidance to the Head of Assessment Consultancy and Head of Propositions to inform where RM might consider investment to unlock revenue growth and increased profit margins.

You will be responsible for presenting product demonstrations and proposals in a clear and compelling manner and will be comfortable engaging with and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the customer organisation and within RM, able to tailor your communication to the particular audience. You will have responsibility for responding to tenders in a clear, concise, and accurate form. You will also be required to undertake product demonstrations, and will be able to communicate how the features and benefits of the product portfolio will address customer need. In addition, you may be required to design and implement ‘non-live’ customer pilot projects and proofs of concept.

You will be knowledgeable about the breadth of products within the RM’s Assessment portfolio, and will be able to communicate this to customers and prospects, both in individual customer presentations and with broader audiences such
