**The Role**
Our Client Services team build strong relationships with our varied client base, providing valuable insight, and working with a wide range of industries on a variety of channels, projects and strategy ensures that each two days are never the same Client relationships are our top priority, and we are looking for a dedicated and passionate Account Executive to join our Client Services team, working with some of the UK’s biggest brands, helping to process and analyse data, and prepare weekly and monthly reports to aid their social strategies, develop and grow their communities and improve sentiment.
To excel in this role, you will need to quickly develop a good understanding of our business as well as the ever changing social landscape.

**Objectives of the Role**
- Understanding our clients businesses and industry and setting a clear vision for the developing relationship between 3sixfive and the client
- Know our clients strategy and where you can, influence and add value, alongside knowing the value of proposition to the customer of their products and/or services
- Seek opportunities to continually improve processes and reporting both internally and for our clients
- To balance multiple tasks and deadline simultaneously, while also providing articulate and accurate information when handling data as part of this process
- Provide clear communication, both internally and externally to provide the best service and execution of tasks
**Responsibilities**
- Run and efficiently manage a range of client reports; weekly, monthly or quarterly, gaining key information from all the teams and departments within set deadlines
- Provide day-to-day assistance in the management and coordination of a client base including but not limited to, quality checks and processes.
- Proofreading, data inputting and other administrative tasks as required by the client and/or Company
- Align time commitments to priorities. Makes time, regularly, for ‘important but not urgent’ development activities.
- Audit and proposal preparation for new client opportunities or upsell
- Work efficiently as part of a team, ensuring effective communication throughout the working day, as well as contributing to the life and culture of the company.
**Skills we’re looking for**
- Administration experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- A quick learner.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Proactive and responsive.
- Creative and an 'out of the box' thinker.
- Social media platform and marketing knowledge

- Level 3 qualification - A Level / BTEC (considered)
**Experience**:
- 2 years experience in a similar role (preferred)
**Salary**: £22,500.00 per year
