**REPORTS TO**:Community Services Manager (Inverness)

**REMIT**:Provision of all the administrative support requirements for the daily functioning of Inverness Support Service

**SALARY**: £23,400.00-£25,545.00 (£12:00-£13:10)

**HOURS**:37.5 hour work week.

Centred is a progressive charitable company based in the Highlands that supports people through mental ill health towards mental well-being. Our services are based in Caithness, Easter Ross, Inverness, and Lochaber. The Recovery Centre, based in Inverness, is a centre which provides support and accommodation for up to 23 service users.
- Administration support to the Inverness Team
- Answering incoming telephone calls
- Completing and reviewing monthly audits
- Welcoming visitors at reception
- Rota and Allocations
- Completing MPR Spreadsheet with hours delivered hours, support workers Holiday entitlement and allocating support staff to any daily unallocated calls
- Informing service clients of any changes to their allocated times
- Minute taking
- Putting together reports
- Using a variety of computer-based systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook

Interviews are expected to be held on: 13th March 2024

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,400.00-£25,545.00 per year
