My client is experience hire company supporting local and National contractors, builders, civil and utility companies as well as the public, with their plant requirements. Due to their ambitious plans of growth outlined over the next 3 years, this is anexciting time to be joining them on their journey and help drive the business forward as a Depot Manager in our London depot (Head Office)
As Depot Manager, you will be responsible for driving the depot business forward through the delivery of our high-quality service standards, identifying and helping your team thrive and grow within the company.
The role provides an attractive salary and benefits.
**Depot Manager key role responsibilities**:
- Manage and oversee depot operations and team
- Delivery standards across depot operations
- Identify, develop and drive business to achieve depot targets
- Lead, support and develop your team to maximise all business opportunities
**Key Skills and Experience**
- Experienced in team management, preferably large depot, branch or store operations
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- An organised and flexible approach to delivering business objectives
- The ability to work in a fast moving and challenging operational environment
- Experience and motivated in putting the customers at the heart of everything we do
**Package**:
Salary **£40-£50k DOE**
Car allowance
7:30am - 5:30pm
